    Information from ggdaughter, Fay Evenson, shows he was born 9 Mar
    1830 in Canada and died 15 Nov 1907 in Somerset, WI. She also states
    that he came to U.S. in 1854, back to Canada in 1908 (after he died)
    and
    returned to Somerset in Sept 1912. He was a farmer. Death was probably
    in 1917 instead of 1907.
    Page 297 of book on Canadian ancestry in possession of Fay Evenson
    shows his birth as 4 Apr 1832.
