    Warren Spalding American Publishers Association, Chicago, 1897. LDS
    microfilm #1036392.  Copies of the relevant pages are in the
    possession of Marvin Bohnstedt.  The Spalding Memorial lists Gilbert
    F. Spalding born 3 JUL 1858 who married Millie Campbell 21 MAY 1882.
    A copy of a marriage certificate in the possession of Marvin
    Bohnstedt shows that Gilbert F. Spaulding married Millie R. Campbell
    21 MAY 1882 at Maine Prarie, Stearns Minnesota.  Note the different
    last name spelling. A copy of the birth certificate of Esther
    Spaulding in the possession of Marvin Bohnstedt shows she was born
    30 AUG 1889 to Gilbert Spaulding, who was age 50 at the time, and
    Millie Campbell at St. Cloud Minnesota.  Note the continued use of
    the new last name spelling and that Gilbert would have been born in
    1839 according to this record. As reported by Ruby Bohnstedt,
    grandaughter of Gilbert Spaulding, his middle name was Erastus.
