Evelyn Louise Hunnicutt, age 82, of Greenbrier, passed away Friday, June 24, 2011 at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield. A Committal Service will be held Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 12:30pm in the Mt. Sharon Cemetery. Mrs. Hunnicutt was born April 6, 1929 in Springfield to the late Oscar and Maude Guy Mantlo. She was a self-employed restaurant owner for many years and was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents Mrs. Hunnicutt is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Hunnicutt, her son, Alfred Odell Wooden and her brothers and sisters. Mrs. Hunnicutt is survived by several loving nieces and nephews; dear friends, Larry Bolin of Greenbrier and Mary Thompson of Portland; and her granddaughter, Alexus Allen of LaVergne, all of whom will miss her very much.
