    Morgin/Morgan

The will of Thomas Morgin dated 1 Apr 1774 mentions 17 children.  Nine of these children were from his first marriage to Lettice/Leatice Evans.  The rest were from his second (1750) marriage to Ester Taylor.  Therefore, Thomas could not have been the Thomas Morgan/Morgin born 23 May 1725.  His birth was closer to 1702. Thomas' will was proved 23 May 1774.

Lewis and Elizabeth Morgin/Morgan are the probable parents of Thomas Morgin.

NOTE:
     Bedford was created in 1753 from Lunenburg,VA.

NOTE:
It is said that Thomas Morgan was killed while standing in the door of his mill.  An arrow had hit him in the head.
