                   Hannibal Adams married Mary Elizabeth Bird and they had several Children.
Jennie,Hattie, Lizzie, Boss, Jehu and Nettie.. They went to Burke Co NC and
probably died there.. Hattie married Otis Mangum. LIzzie married Will Fray.
Hannibal Adams was 18 years old in  the 1860 census of Caswell Co NC before
he married and a farmer , the above children information was from someone else.
Note: the information was from marriage bond in Caswell Co NC. The age of the
husband, Hannibal Adams was from 1880 census of Burke Co NC, household 208-
214.. He said he was married 38 years.. The childrens birth date also from the
1880 cenus of Burke Co NC. except Crissie, birth of Crissie and her birth was
from the 1900 census of Burke Co ,household 91-90 of Hannibal Adams her father.
They lived in Iscard Twp in 1880 and 1900.. Birth of Mary Elizabeth Bird was
from the family bible of her father, Jehu Bird..  Hannibal Adams was living
in Anderson Store twp, Caswell Co NC, household 32.. Elizabeth was listed as
his wife.. Three of his oldest children were listed on the 1870 census with
him.  His father ,William, lived next door to him and also in Burke Co NC...
His wife is listed as Mary in the 1880 census of Burke Co. NC.. In the Bible
of Jehu Bird, her father,   she is wrote as Mary Elizabeth Bird being born
31 March 1844..
Hannibal Adams was in the conferate army an a Private. He enlisted in Caswell
Co NC at age 18, June 6 1861 for the war.  Wounded at first battle of Manassas
Va, 21 July 1861.. Discharged September 1861 by reason of Disability.
Hannibal Adams tombstone at Arney cemetery, 1 block south west of Penlope
church in Hickory...  H A Adams born 5 September 1843 and died 9 May 1917 in
Burke Co NC..     wife is buried beside him and child...   Thadeous B Adams
born 3 May 1880 and died 16 Oct 1899..
