brother John W Gunn and a sister Mary Ann Kinney. also states there are three
alive out of eight children of Asa Gunn in 1904..

2 August 1834 and Will filed 13 Nov 1834 in Pike Co Mo..   Also information
by correspondence of Mrs Bremen (June ) Hancock, route 2 ,Box 115 <
Madisonville, Ky 42431..   Death of Asa was between August and 13 Nov 1834..
Note: The letter from William A Gunn written in 1904 from Lousinna , Mo to
cousin in Allison, NC, in letter he states his sister Mary Ann lives in Nevada,
Mo and brother John lives in St Louis , Mo..     There was a William Shannon
appointed guardian for Mary Ann Gunn  and same for William , Marth, Hulda, -
minor children- 8 Feb 1839 pike Co Mo. probate record 2 1834 to 1840...
They came to pike Co Mo by 1832 - When deed book show entry on 28 Feb 1832 to
Asa Gunn from Henry Crow, the same land was sold 1 July 1841 by Pike Co Sheriff
for Asa Gunn deceased to John H Henderson..

George Gunn, not my son. I never knew his mother, his mother name was
Barbary- But I treated him as a our own son. Wrote 15 March 1880 and
probated 9 Oct 1884 in Caswell Co NC..
