Aldridge 87, of 710 Henry Street, Gretna Va, died Monday July 29, 1996 in
Gretna Health Care Center.  Born Sept 18, 1908 in Caswell Co NC, he was a son
of Edward Lee Aldridge and Mary Fannie Anderson. Mr Aldridge was member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Gretna Branch and was retired from
Burlington, Industries... Surviors include his wife Delsie Woodson Aldridge of
the residence;  one daughter Audrey Jones of Princeton, W. Va; one sister Annie
Travis ; one sister-inlaw, Catherine Aldridge of Elon College, NC.. five Grand-
children.. Funeral services were conducted 11 am Wednesday at the LDS Church in
Gretna by president Alfred Lester. Interment followed in Gretna Burial Park.
Colbert-Moran Funeral home of Gretna was in charge of arrangements..
