She was the first in the family to come to Fresno. She wrote to Severina
and told her to come over. Later this family lived in Argentina but a son
and a daughter now live in the U.S.
The story has it that Valentino was kicked by a mule out in the forest
and died because of this at the age of 18.
He was killed or died in Eureka, CA. It is possible that he was not
Severina's brother but rather Oreste's brother.
He married Maria Assunta Virginia Natali Abt 1872 at Vellano, Pescia, Italy . Maria Assunta Virginia Natali was born at Vellano, Pescia, Italy 3 Aug 1848 daughter of Matteo Evanzio Giovinale "Venanzio" Natali and Maria Anna Dinelli .
