       At the time of the Indian attack against her family she was dressed on overalls and looked like a boy and was probably why the Indians did not capture her like they did her mother.  She received four/five arrows in her back as she ran with her brother William.  She moved from Plain City to Medicine Lodge, Idaho, then to Moreland, Idaho and then to Canada about 1907.  She suffered from rheumatism.
