NOTES: 1. Horace left Hamden for Iowa where he met and married Emma. They started a family there but returned to New Haven for unkown reasons, where the rest of the children were born.

NOTES: 1. William owned the "Hygenic Ice Company", and prized Percheron horses to pull his wagons. He owned a lake which used to be at the foot of Fountain Street coming out of Woodbridge across from Ramsdell St.. There was also two large ice barns there. He sold the land to the city of New Haven and the barns were sold to 1)Marjorie Shaw and 2)Mr. Stoddard, the Father of Russ Stoddard, who Geraldine worked for when he was First Selectman of Woodbridge.
NOTES: 1. Also known as Sadie 2. Lived in New Haven on Whitney Ave. When Sadie had a stroke, her sister Julie and husband Monroe moved in to help care for her.
