    Gideon Dennis sold 130 acres of land to Mary Wise in 1835, after Mary's
    death the land was to go to Susanna Marie Wise, daughter to Mary. This
    being a very unusual deed, there must/may be a direct relationship between
    Gideon and Marie; Deed Book `O'p.547 15 FEB 1835, Nancy Dennis released her
    Dower Rights.
