                   James Benedict moved with his parents to Norwalk, Connecticut and there married Sarah Gregory. As noted under the Judah Gregory notes, he was one of the original founders of Danbury, Connecticut (Gregory Genealogy, pages 56, 57, 58). Sarah Gregory was his first wife.
