                   Birthdate: Clerical surveys are missing for the years 1813-1819, so it is
                difficult to locate the years where the misreading took place,
                but it is very clear that a parish priest mistook a 26/8 for
                a 26/3.  This can happen very easily, because when the parish
                priests wrote their "8" then, they wrote it in two circular
                strokes that could appear to be a "3" if written too quickly or
                not neatly enough.  The birth/christening entry in Ostra Vram
                (142711) shows the birth as 26 Aug 1812, but there is no doubt
                that this is the correct Nils, because the parent information
                agrees with all clerical surveys, and after 1819 the clerical
                surveys list the birth as 26 Mar 1812, most likely due to the
                misreading described above.
Marriage Place: The marriage is recorded in Ostra Vram, because both the groom
                     and the bride were living in Ostra Vram at the time of the
                     marriage, but the marriage entry in Ostra Vram states that

                 emigrated on 10 Jun 1868.  This is confirmed in the 1868

                 which shows Elna and two children (Ola and Karna) leaving for
                 North America.  The clerical survey for Aspinge Parish (498346)
                 also shows Elna and the two children leaving for North America
                 on 8 Jun 1868.  Her husband, Nils OLSSON, did not emigrate
                 until 23 May 1869.

              were completed for this "boy", but temple work was also done under
