                   He retired as a fire captain in Las Vegas, Nev.. He had multiple illnesses over the next several years. Open heart surgery. Lymphoma treated with chemptherapy. Acute cholecystitis with cholecystectomy. Prostate trouble. Colostoomy. Bowel obstruction requiring surgery which was followed by deterioration and demise. He is buried at the cemetery on Lone Mountain road next to a son Greg and a daughter Martha.
