                   World War 1 Draft record shows a birth place that was either listed as, transcribed as, or heard by the recorder as "Golestow".  Henry is listed in the 1900 Census in Fork, Dorchester, Maryland, and his family is heavily assocaited with Delaware also.  There is a town in Dorchester County named Galestown, which is likely the birthplace for Henry.  This city is located less than a mile from the Delaware border.

The fork district is an inland region along the Delaware state line east of the Marshyhope Creek, this is exactly where Galestown is located.
