Henry is listed in the 1900 Census in Fork, Dorchester, Maryland, and his family is heavily assocaited with Delaware also.  There is a town in Dorchester County named Galestown, which is likely the birthplace for Henry.  This city is located less than a mile from the Delaware border.

The fork district is an inland region along the Delaware state line east of the Marshyhope Creek, this is exactly where Galestown is located.
