Those left to mourn her loss are her father and mother, her husband and two sons, David Powell, age 6 years and Wayne Leroy, age 5 years; one sister Louise and one brother Charles, one brother and one sister having preceeded her to the great beyond. She resided with her parents at her home east of Lenox until the year of 1914, when the family moved to the State of Idaho. She was loved by all who knew her. Her death was a great shock to her many friends in Idaho and relatives in Iowa. She was united with the Methodist church of Lenox, Iowa, in the year 1912 and later when the family moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho, her membership was transfered to the church at that place. The funeral services were held at the First Presbyterian Church of Lenox, Iowa, and conducted by the pastor of that church owing to another service which was being held at the Methodist church at the same hour."
