Henry was blessed by Charles Welch on Jan 11, 1861.  He was baptized by James Hill on 12 Jan 1869 and confirmed by W. H. Homer also on 12 Jan 1869.  His family immigrated to America when he was about 17 years old.

He was ordained an elder by James H. Heart on 13 Aug 1893, a priest by William A. Hymas and a high priest on 7 Aug 1910 by Hoseph R. Shepherd.

Dad had several heart attacks and massive colon cancer.  He had surgery in Dec. 1960 and had most of his colon, stomach, intestines, etc. removed by Dr. Reichmann.

Dad was ordained a deacon by Henry Parker, his father, on 7 Jan 1923.
He was ordained a teacher by      "        "         "     "       on 9 Jan 1927.
He was ordained a priest by         "        "         "     "       on 5 Feb 1928.
He was ordained an elder by Joseph W. Parker, a cousin, on 18 Oct 1931.

Dad served a mission to New Zealand starting on 3 Apr 1936 and returning on 26 June 1938.

Dad was blessed by his father, Henry Parker.
