                   Anna Katharina came to Utah in 1860, in the Captain Jesse Murphy Company.  She had her sister, Magdalena, with her, also her brother, Heinrich.

Immigration: Ship, Emerald Isle, departed 20 Aug 1859, from Liverpool, England.  She arrived in the Salt Lake Valley on 30 Aug 1860.

   3. Magdalena died suddenly two weeks after her son Henry was born, after eating some green grapes.  Magdalena's  grandmother, Anna Katharina Jeck Gubler raised Henry.
