Andrew C. LENHART

                   The 1900 census lists his occupation as a physician, however citydirectories give different occupations in differen years.  In 1911 and1913 he is called a physician.  In 1917 he is called a science healer.In 1919 the entry is "Prof. Dr. Word Healing".

Jim's information is correct. I don't know ifthe children were deceased in 1870 or were with someone else when the censuswas taken.All of them are gone from Somerset in 1880. Jonathan and Leah are bothburied in Westmoreland County and may have been there by 1880. Andrew wasmarried in Ohio January 1, 1882 and his first child was born there inFebruary of 1883.Andrew is listed in the York Directory in 1911-1913 as a physician and someaccounts called him a "healer".
