                   Graduated from Penn State Univ. in State College, PA.  He taught History for one year in (maybe Brockway) High School.  That is where he met Frances Steck.  She taught 1st grade for 25 years.
Dalph was always an inventor.  He worked for General Electric in Erie, PA, from 1945-49.  Then family moved to Brookville.
He started a sawmill between Brookville and Sigel and it didn't last long.
He repaired boilers for a couple of years.  And invented the separator that separated water from steam.  He got it patented and set up distributorships all over Pennsylvania and southern states.
Started a business "Pennsylvania Separator Co." back in 1954 in Brookville, PA.  In 1998, oldest son, John McNeil is running the business.
He was a very hard worker.  He employed most of the town.
He had apartments and house that he owned and rented over the years.  He would buy and fix up and rent.  Both sons manage them now.
He was very active in the Industrial Foundation, a business organization.  He was very active in getting Brookville on Interstate 80.
He was raised Presbyterian and continued at the Presbyterian church in Brookville.
He designed the "Memorial Display for Donations at time of death for members of that organization or church."
Dalph and Frances raised three children in Brockway, Erie and Brookville, Pennsylvania.
