Enos Clemmer HACKMAN

                      --Source of information: Frances P. Morrison (fpm9944@ix.netcom.com); Jacob purchased the HACKMAN farm (his father's; 79 acres, 97 perches) from the heirs of his father, Henry S. HACKMAN on 23 Jul 1864.  On 30 Apr 1876 he sold the farm to Isaac N. HALTEMAN, husband of his daughter Sarah F. HACKMAN;  However, sale of the farm was contingent on the following conditions being fulfilled for the remainder of his life:  1) That he be allowed to reside in the house on the farm, 2) That he be given firewood and food, etc ... to meet his needs, 3) That he be granted use of 1/4 acre of wood ground and 4) That he be given enough hay and feed for horses of his guests.
