Executors of Christian's will, Samuel Mohler & Joseph Sollenberger, sold
171a, 10p, for $9,857.47 to Daniel Coble & Joseph Sadler, $2,000 was to
remain as a dower for Magdalena. Deed RR-216, 31 March 1838. [Sam
bought back 32 of those acres in 1849 and sold 6a, 112p to Christian
Titzel, deed 2-B-280]
                  

                   Deed 2-B-281, 2 April 1849, Christian Titzel, exec for will of Christian,
Jr bought lot on south side of Locust St in Mechanicsburg , probably for
widow Ann.
Deed 5-H-377, 1 April 1885, sold the above property to Andrew Garrett
for $1050.  The children signed off on this:
Martha & Wendel Miller of Toledo, Ohio
Harrison & Catharine Mohler, of Toledo, Ohio
John M & Hettie Mohler of Mansfield, Ohio
Eliza White, of Mansfield, Ohio
Catharine & George Otstot of Mechanicsburg
Ann, Sarah and Abner had died previously.
                  

                   Orphan's Ct, record Nov 1842, book 11 "On petition of Mary Moore, mother
of Ann Eliza Mohler, minor daughter of Martin Mohler "Respectfully
Representing" that the father of the said minor lately died intestate
leaving the said Ann Eliza a minor who is now under the age of 14 years
without anyone to take care of her person or estate, she thereby prays
the court to appoint some fit person for that purpose and she in duty
bound will pray and she begsleave to name Benjamin Givler as a fit
person and prays the court to appoint him"  Appointed him on 15th Nov.

Cumb Co Deed YY-497, 5 Apr 1848, Jacob C of Hampden Twp sold 11a,60p
of land in Allen Twp to David Eberly for $1450, this was part of land
bought 4 April 1844 from Geo. Yost.
Cumb Co Deed 2-C-346, Jacob C & Sarah sold to James Hamilton, 10
acres, 2 p. It was the western part of a tract of 42a, 58p bought from
Jacob Ritter in South Middleton Twp.
