Daniel MOHLER
Solomon & Jacob are not listed in a court document after his death, He died intestate. His property was 25 acres and located on the road from Givler's Mill to Mechanicsburg. Orphans Ct Doc. April 1855, p 434 I think the following deed belongs here.Deed 2-G-472, 2 April 1756, Daniel died intestate in 1855 and had debts, court decided his property should be sold. Michael Wenger, Administrator of estate of Daniel Mohler, late of Monroe Twp, sold to David Martin for $3425, two tracts, 22a, 103p and 3acres, 17p.
Ned says one daughter and two sons E.M.Mohler paper, Lydia is #173, children Julia, 14 July 1835, Solomon, b. 21 Jan 1837, & Theodore, b. 26 June 1844 Orphan's Ct record, April 1855, p 434 lists children as Julia, Solomon and Theodore.

There were three deeds in Cumb Co which I think belong to this fellow. If not him then perhaps his nephew Dan, son of Levi, PAF#3017 Deed 2-S-133, 3 Oct 1865, Daniel & Ann Mohler sold lot #36 (or26) in Borough of Newburg to John Lindsey for $300. Deed 2-Y-225, 1 April 1868, Daniel & Ann Mohler sold property in Borough of Newburg, next to one above, to Jacob Creamer for $700. This second one was 32' on street and 169' deep. Deed 2-i-414, 22 March 1858, Daniel, tailor of Southhampton Twp, Cumb Co and wife Ann, sold property on Walnut Bottom Rd 41' along road and 165'deep, 6820sq ft. in village of Lees Cum Road [best guess]. This property had a two story wodden dwelling.
