Brent said Solomon was born in Barwick, York Co PA, was in Frederick Co
MD in 1790-1810 census, Perry Co Ohio census in 1850,  will probated
21 Sept 1852

Some think Solomon was the son of Jacob & Elizabeth Downs and that
Jacob was the son of Jacob & Maria Bucher, but they did not have a son
Jacob.  Jacob, son of Henry, SR seems to be the same as the one we have
as the one married to Maria Bucher but some things do not fit.

Some of the info on this line was supplied by John H Mohler of Toledo
OHIO May 1993.  He added a son Jacob.

My thinking June 25 1993, is that Solomon was the son of 1735Jacob
who was son of 1715Henry who might be s/o Ludwig Sr.
