                   This info on the back of a picture that Ruth Mohler has.   "Rodney was
born in Malinta, Ohio.  He came to Texas in 1907-8 and built a home in
Brazoria, Brazoria Co.  He sold in 1931 and moved to Angleton.  He
retained mineral rights on the property and oil and gas were discovered
in 1970 and today his son receives royalty checks from the property.
He was an active Odd Fellow and Rebekah and his business was paper
hanging, painting and decorating.  He was active in all civic projects and
was well known and respected by all in the county for his efforts in
doing good unto others."
