Rosalie Hartinger, "Some King's Men & Their Descendants", Laurel Messenger, November, 1978, page 5, give a year of birth as 1782. Dates of birth & death here are from genealogical data of Judith King Llamas (letter June 29, 1998). From Rosalie Hartinger, 1998, we received several family group sheets by Darrell C. King dated 1989. Also birth & death of Mary Wright and their descendants. Philip King III served in the War of 1812. === Notes from Darrell King's group sheet: Philip born in York Co., PA; moved to Somerset Co., by 1783; later to Fairfield & Franklin Co., OH. The 1st 3 or 4 children were born in Fairfield Co. Later children may have been born in Franklin Co.
