Henry PLETCHER

04/08/1880 - Thursday - In Dakota, Stephenson County, Ill. on Saturday, A
pril 3, 1880, Henry S. PLETCHER, aged 60 years.  Mr. PLETCHER was for man
y years a resident of this county, having been born and raised in Howard
township, which remained his home until he removed to Illinois in 1861.
He was a brother to Messrs. Michael and Jacob PLETCHER, who still reside
in Howard Township, and also of Mrs. WEBER, wife of Balser WEBER, Esq., t
he well known merchant of Howard Borough.  We learn that from his early m
anhood Mr. PLETCHER was a faithful and consistent member of the Methodist
   Church and died strong in the faith that his future welfare was assured.
