Jonathan BROWNING

                   Jonathan was married to three women. They are all buried by him in the Ogden
Cemetery.   Elizabeth Stallcup( our relation), Caroline Elizabeth Wier Clark and
Ann Emmett.  There is a possiblility of a fourth wife by the name of Polly
Rippy.

I am sending a gedcom with all the descendants of Cap't John.  Also there is a phantom wife of Jonathan called Polly Rippy.  I have found no record of Jonathan ever marrying her.  It is passed down info.  She is not buried by him but there have
been people who I have never met who claim descendancy from this line.

Do you know what happened to Nancy America?  Have you any pictures of this family? Have you found anything useful from the site?

I found the history very interesting and sort of heartbreaking.  I am a Mormon and feel for those people who tried to start Mormon colonies, usually being asked by the church to do so.  I also found it interesting that Matt and John helped their
half sister out.  Do you think the marriage of Mary Eliza and Andrew Jackson was arranged by Jonathan?  I left the Mormon data in the gedcom as I was not sure if you are a member or the church or not.  If you are not just disregard the temple
data.  I can send another gedcom without the temple data if that would be better for you.

If you could please try and answer my questions, I would really appreciate it.  I find this all very interesting and curiousity is getting to me.  I hope you find what I have sent useful.  If you have any questions I would be glad to answer

4 CONC has been a constant sufferer for two years past from spinal trouble

4 CONC disease.  She has been known to all as a woman of a sympathetic
