Jessie Ellen Brewster Morgan and her cousin Viola Thrope Butler sent the
bible records and as much family history as they knew in 1974 to Mrs.
Gerald C. Hay, Sr. Neither one of these women were well at that time and
it is assumed they have died by now (1988).
In 1978 Mrs. Gerald C. Hay, Sr. received a telephone call from a Mrs.
Robert (Barbara) Brooks, 1002 South 1st Ave., Marshalltown, Iowa 50158.
She said Jessie Morgan had gone to live with her son Walter at Ft. Dodge,
Iowa.
Further contact by Richard Hay with Barbara Brooks located the address
of Walter Morgan. Mrs. Walter Morgan advised that Jessie Ellen Bruster
Morgan was still living in August 1988. She supplied additional birth infor-
mation.
