                   "Alice L. Imel, 87, rural Lawrence, died Dec. 10, 1991, at the home. She was born in Grantville, Kan., and lived in Muskogee, Okla., before moving to Topeka in 1940. She moved to Lawrence in 1941. Mrs. Imel was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Lawrence. Her husband, Orville Bunn Imel, died in 1971. Survivors include a son, Jack L. Imel, Los Alamitos, Calif.; a daughter, Evelyn Prince, Olathe; two sisters, Hattie Correy, Tulsa, Okla., and Ruth Lowery, Bartlesville, Okla.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church; burial in the Grantville Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Rumsey Chapel, Lawrence."
