Myron joined the army in 1914.  Because he lied about his age when he enlisted he had his birthday legally changed to January 12, 1893, when he retired so that his army discharge records would match his social security records for retirement pay.  As a result the book, Tolles In America, is incorrect about his birth date.  He was actually born February 13, 1893.
