OBITUARY MYRTLE M. FINNEGANAleppo Area resident Myrtle M. Finnegan, 87, of Aleppo RD 1, died unexpectedly Saturday, November 7, 1992, in her home. She was born September 11, 1905, in Scullton, Somerset Co., a daughter of William R. and Hester M. Pettit Garey. She had been a resident of Aleppo most of her life and a member of Aleppo Brethren Church. On October 2, 1934, she married Robert M. Finnegan, who died June 29, 1967. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Asa [Peggy] Hughes of Allentown; two sons, Kenneth L. Finnegan of Aleppo RD 1 and Gerald R. Finnegan of Aleppo; four grandchildren, Robbie L. Finnegan, Erica L. Hughes, Kimberly R. Finnegan and Beverly A. Finnegan; and two-great-grandchildren Deceased are two brothers, Charles and Willam Gary. She was the last of her immediate family. Burial was in Centennial Cemetery, Aleppo Twp., Greene Co., Pa [From the Washington, Pa., 'OBSERVER-REPORTER']
