                   Parish Extraction records have Josepha's Christening date as 2 May 1835 in Ludgvan, Cornwall, England.  Since there are no other Josepha Polmear's christened at that Parish, in that time frame, the date has been changed from 12 Mar 1835 as previously listed, to the extraction recorded date.  A Josepha Palmer shows up in the 1850 Census in Grant county, Wisconsin, with a mother "Catherine" and no father listed.  There are three more children younger than Josepha in that census.  Further research could be helpful in determining if these are the same person.  Since we already knew that she was born in England and died in Wisconsin, there is a high probabilty that this is the correct Josepha, with additional siblings.
