                   William would never join the church. His wife Mary Harrison left England with  six of their children and sailed to America on the ship "Horizon". James later returned to England to live with his father, because he was physically impaired, and felt he couldn't walk with his mother and family in the Martin Handcart Co. to Utah. William later married again and listed Mary Harrison as deceased. James and Jane were listed as witnesses.
