He became blind, lived with his nephew in old age and is buried inLebanon-Forks of the River Presbyterian Cemetary next to his sister RhodaRodgers.
Before Tennessee was a state he was commissioned a Justice of the Peaceby Gov. ohn Sevier 4-23-1796.
