Nathaniel sells 20 Acres of Lot 108 to David Gray

Nathaniel lived on Lot 108 until his death.
After Nathaniel's Death it became necesssary for his widow to sell the remaining land to Benjamin Brown in payment of debts owed by Nathaniel.

1820  Samuel, David (son of Nathaniel), Moses, Nathaniel Jonathan and Daniel
1830  Samuel Gray, Abagail and Anna  both Abagail and Anna have a daughter about age 10.  
1840 Abigail Gray  age 50-60, Enoch Gray, Samuel age 50-60, and John L.
1850 Samuel Gray  born 1788, Eliza  abt 1803, Children Roxanna age 22 and George E. age 5; Enoch Gray  1800
           John L. age 36  with Abigail age 27

Kennebec Journal of 29 January 1825 reports, "DIED, In Westbrook, Mr. Nathaniel Gray, of China. While sitting in his chair, in usual health, he fell and expired instantly."  Westbrook is in Cumberland County, Maine

A Benjamin Gray listed in Starks, Kennebec Co., Maine  emigrated to this place
from Maine in 1794
China, Maine BiCentennial History-Deer Hill in the southeastern corner of town, was settled in 1811 by Frederick W. Hammon and William Haskell Jr., the latter moving there from the pond road; neighboring settlers included Nathaniel and David Gray, Oshea Hatch, Samuel Gray ( who came from Berwick in 1809) Nathaniel and David (also came from berwick) Deacon Moses Gray; Jesse Prentice, and Jonathan Gray.
