History of Penobscot co, Maine pg 810  Jefferson Crocker is a son of Daniel and
Martha J. Crocker, of Somerset county, who were among the early settlers of
that county. He married Jane Smart of Parkman, and had four children: Jefferson
being one of them. Jefferson Crocker was born Jul 4, 1829

       listed also in south Stillwater is a John Crocker age 47 and Hannah Crocker wife age 37 both from Maine
        listed also is James Crocker 44  Maine, Alma V. wife age 25 New Brunswick, Willard E. age 4 Maine and Emma B. age 
      2 Maine  1870 I found all these individuals living in Lincoln, Penobscot Maine  except Alma V.  Charles H. age 25 and Alma E. age 12 James not married.
