A Benjamin Gray listed in Starks, Kennebec Co., Maine emigrated to this place from Maine in 1794 China, Maine BiCentennial History-Deer Hill in the southeastern corner of town, was settled in 1811 by Frederick W. Moor Mrs. Tamson Alma Moor, a former newspaper writer of Maine and widow of the late Orlando Moor, died Thursday, Jan 8 at her home, 1460 West 23rd st., after an illness of about six weeks. She was 69 years of age. Cerebral hemorrage was the cause of death. She leaves three sons, Orlando, Ralph and Frank. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the Peck and Chase chapel, Rev. C. E. Nash and Bartlett-Logan W. R. C. officiating. Interment will be in the family plat at Forest Lawn - L. A. Times, Jan 11, 1920

Finson pg 187 D 1930 census Wakefield, Middlesex, Massachusetts living with her son Frederick 1860 census Bangor, Penobscot, Maine Samuel wiley age 64 and Hannah L.Wiley age 40 and ruth J. age 19 living next door.
