James COSTELLO

                   Found his birth record in the same tape as Alley  Not on Father Moors List.
Genealogist had it and said that he was married to Catherine Reiley.  I found a
Robert Costello and a Catherine Riely (the way it was spelled) on THE micro-
film  (0926107) listed as having a child named Catherine 17 Jan 1826.  He
died in 1828 according to the genealogist.

The mystery is..is this the same Robert.  I found a second Robert  on the
microfilm 0926107 who was born to the same parents and was Christened
19 May 1790.  So the first Robert could have died as a child, and Catherine
Riely and daughter, Catherine born 17 Jan 1826 could have belonged to the
second Robert.  It could be that the second Robert was the Robert who died in
1826.  I have had Catherine Riely and Daughter Catherine sealed to the first
Robert.  I think I'll have to let the Lord take care of this one.

Register, Borris, Carlow, Ireland

Sealed to Husband 29 Jul 1988, Denver Temple.  B=4 Sept.1987, E=20 Apr 1988,
Seal to Parents 12 July 1988. Though we did this work in 1987-88,I did not find
this info until later and so
I baptized Yvonne and confirmed her in the Denver Temple on the 22 of April 1994
for a second time  Yvonne also did the initiatories on the 22 of April 1994
Had to make sure We returned the next day land Yvonne finished the endowment.
There was no note found in my records and in the IGI.

I saw the birth record of Alley Costello born 11 Feb 1795 from the above film.
There was only Alley noted..not Alice..and her mothers name was spelled
Mulroney not Mulrowney...I therefore changed the spelling. I also saw Roberts
birth record and the Mothers name was spelled Mahoney...dated 19 May 1790.  The
fathers name was James Costello..so I assumed this was a mistake.  There were
two Roberts in the record.  The second Robert was born 2 Feb 1803 to James and
Mary Mulroney Costello. Since this was done in our family (My Father was a 2nd
George), I am listing two Roberts.
                  

                   Please read note for Honor Costello...the way I read the tape, Mary and Honor
may have been twins.

We had previously done this work before (oh, boy)  B=4Sept1987, E=11June1988
in the Denver Temple.  She was sealed to her parents 12 July 1988 at that
time also.
                  

                   On film 0926107 this entry was hard to read.  I could make out Mary's name, but

there looked as if there was the symbol for "and" and then the name Honor
seemed to be written.  I don't know what else it could have been.  I think
Mary and Honor were twins.    31 March 1998
                  

                   31 March 1998  Lacken Village was spelled Laken on the entries for Mary, Honor,
and Anne
                  

                   31 March 1998 This Robert was found later in the film #0926107.  The first
Robert must have died.  The habit of naming a second son the same name seems to
be found in our family.  My Father, George Holden was so named after the first
George died. This name does not appear on Father Moore's list.

I have found in the research (Genealogist and personal with GS Tape 0926107,
that Catherine Riely and daughter Catherine Costello could have belonged to
the second Robert who died in 1828, but I had previously had them sealed to
the first Robert.   Since I don't know, I will do nothing pending more info.
                  

                   The name of Mary was first submitted by the genealogist whom we payed.
James Costello was listed as the father, but no mothers name appeared.
Perhaps it was another James since her birth occured later in life.
I found no entry on Father Moore's list which we bought from him in Ireland.
I have made a note to review the microfilm one more time around that date.
