    Joseph Kincaid went to Maury County,Tennesse in about 1805; by 1807 Joseph was elected constable in Maury County. 9 Apr 1827 the estate of Joseph Kincaid was settled in Maury County,Tennessee. Joseph first appears in the tax lits of Bourbon County,Kentucky in 1796. This would mean that he just turned 21 years old, so his birth date can be estimated as about 1775. Joseph appears in the 1804 & 1805 tax lists with no land & 2-4 horses
