Guardian for Justin, Lucinda & Munro Sidney (Meeky) was Wiliam Riley Parker.
In 1816 lived in Capt. Graves Dist on the Yadkin. Surry County, NC.  Birth place
from Marion S. Parker, Jr., Greenacres, Washington. Also Doris Taylor letter
9 July 1987 and William R. Parker history said his parents were from Mass.

Found on Grayson County Grant Book 48, p. 394.  Father, John, was granted 296
acres in Grayson County, formerly Fincastle, 27 Dec 1774 on both sides of Meadow
Creek a branch of New River, sealed 23 Feb 1802 after father, John, was
deceased.

It indicates that he was born in Virginia
    Edmond was the Bondsman for the marriage of his brother Joseph to Mary
(Polly) Hickman, in Surry County, NC in 1830.
    Was on the 1836 Tax List in Wm. Cox District at Cadles Creek, Surry Co. NC.
    He moved his family to Buchanan County, Missouri about 1840
    Biographical Album of Riley Co., KS, under article about Samuel Montgomery,
said Edmund was a native of North Carolina.
