Ohio. The middle wall was on the co. line and they slept in Stark co. and they ate their meals in Summit Co. Thus the quesion arose where Macob should be allowed to voteand it took some able atty's to decide the case as it was one of those cases where other circumstances had to be taken into consideration and the fact that they were sleeping in Stark Co., and that he had to trespass on Summit Co. ground to go to vote, and they would not allow him to trespass in summit Co., they found this point to prevail as there was no door of this house that was in StarkCo. and that there were two doors opening into Summit Co. Therefore, he was a resident of Summit Co.
