Picture of G.W.driving hearse with horses 26 Sept. 1912 .Worked for undertaker in Colville Wash. for 4 years, also one dated 16 April1919? in Enterprise Oregon(working for undertaker. A pict. of G. W. and man family always thought was a brother. A family grp of G. W. and wife Ollie Frances Davidson.with daus. Elsie Ruth and Eva Ellen.
Obit. They moved to Joseph Ore. in 1913, and remained there, where Mr. Neal was engaged in farming until 1946,at which time they moved to free water. Survivors are his wife,Ollie and dau. Eva emmons,of Freewater,three brothers,Arthur and Otis of Weiser Idaho and Oscar of Buckarous,Mo. and one sister Iva Deathridge of Richmond,Ca.. Burial was in Enterprise Cem.
I have a 4 gen. picture of George dau. Eva,Evas son Edwin and Edwins dau. Patricia.,given to me by Eva.

Letter from Eva (Mrs. Leslie Davies of 1406 O Ave. La Grande ,Oregon 97850) YOou will be surprised to hear from me. I was Eva Emmons. Lester died and I remarried to Leslie Davies. Dolores Allen and I got together again and we have been exchangin what we have on the Neill family. She gave me your letter of Sep. 3, 1974.. Adam was killed in the civil war. at Bridgeport Tenn. He sent his razor and watch home a day berore he was killed. They shipped his body back to his grandmother in Calhoun,Murray Co. Ga. He and Alcie had two boys and three girls. John Berry Niell was my grandfather. George Washington Neill was his brother. Both sons of Adam and Alcie. John B. had George William(my father),Arthur,Otis,Oscar and Iva. Oscar and Iva are still living in Mo. Eva said she was 78 at the time she wrote this letter. which would have made the date in about 1978,

We have 2 boys edwin and Billy .They have 4 children, Billy has Ronnie andBrenda. , Edwin has Patricia and Terry. Pat and Terry are married and pat has a boy and girl..So you see you hava more cousins on down the line'
