( Spotsylvania county Deed Book B -1729-1734) April 5, 1732- Spotsylvania Co., VA( Formed from essex, King and Queen and King William Counties in 1721): In the action of Tresspass Assult and Battery brought p. Patrick Welsh Pit. against William Dickenson Defendt., issue being joyned. the tryall whereof is referred to the next Court.(Spotsylvania County order Book 1730-1732, page 115) Augest 2,1732- Spotsylvania Co., VA: In the action of Tresspass and Assult brought p.
