                   Obituary and personal knowledge. A funeral for Oroville native Dennis Robblee,62,of Beckworth will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sat. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Portola.  Robblee died Wec. Sept.9,1998 at a Portola-area hospital.  He was born in Oroville on June 14,1936,to William Frederick and Dora(Murrish)Robblee.  Robblee was a locomotive engineer for Union Pacific Railroad and western Pacific Railroad for a total of 29 yrs.  He was also a dragline operator during the construction of Oroville Dam.  He was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Local No.8000 and the Unioon Pacific Railroad Employees Club of Portola.  Survivors include his wife of 16 yrs,Ann Robblee of Beckworth;three sons,  Kim Robblee of Floravista,N.M., Dennis E. Robblee Jr. of Elko,Nev.,  and William K. Robblee of Elko,Nev.; a stepson,Robert McDowell of Beckworth; four daughters,Kelley R. Anderson of Blodgett,Ore., Robin L. Jensen of Reno, Nev., Heidi J.Lacey of Monroe,N.Y., and Heather M. Shine of Lodi; a stepdaughter, Patricia A. Pope of Palermo; a brother William "Barry" Robblee of Omaha, Neb.( now Palermo) and 26 grandchildren. visitation  at Manni Funeral home.  Burial will follow the funeral at Whispering Pines Cemetery.  Memorial to American Cancer Soc.
