His will was proved on           1828. In it he mentions property he has an interest in in the Ramsheq Valley in NS. which he has a part interest in due to his father, John's, estate. I believe this was done and resolved by the year 1832. At this time, his older brother Thomas sells his share of the same property to a William Tuttle, married to Olive Roblee Peers whom was the dau- ghter of his older sister, Hannah. Spelled his name in his will with 1 b. Am trying to track his family where I can with this name difference.

                   Mentioned as the oldest son in his father's will, I can find not further re- cord of his living on PEI. If his age is approximately correct, it may explain the timing of his mother's re-marriage as well as the timing of the resolution of the estate of his grandfather John in 1832. I have not come across any re- cord of his marriage. His younger brother? David married on PEI in 1843 and is the father of Thomas David Roblee in NS, I believe. 1997. It now appears that possibly more of Joseph's family settled in NS. in the Wallace, Pugwash area.

I found a record of his marriage but after that, I found no further evidence of his living on PEI. Also, that record spells his name with one b and one of the witnesses was a John Roblee. 1997, I believe many of Joseph's family re- turned to NS and settled in the Wallace-Pugwash-Amherst area. Some further sorting is still to be resolved.

His will names the children listed below. The record of his marriage spells his name with only one b and one witness listed is Thomas Roblee. I have been intriqued by the fact that his will was registered in PEI. Yet there is no ev- idence of any of the family remaining there. One son, Henry, settled at Wal- lace and now it appears that I. Franklin lived along Street's Ridge. It ap- pears that it will be just a matter of time before this family sorts itself out.
