This was the person whom Thomas Robblee [married Hannah Delap] sold his share of the land owned by his father, John. He mentioned it in his will of 1849. It had to have been a family deal because in the will, he mentions that 1 of his sons is to collect the mortgage and sign over the land to a William Tuttle. This sale had been forced by the death of Thomas' brother Joseph in PEI. in 1828.
