Will dated 23 mar 1716/7 and it was proved 30 June 1721. Samuel Smith and John Copp "gave oath to the truth of what is exprest" before Justice James Olmstead. An inventory present to the court 2 Mar 1720/1 by John Betts and Matthew Gregory placed a value of 143 pounds, 14 shillings and sixpence on the sons, Ralph and Ebenezer and Ebenezer, and a grandson, Nathan Olmstead.
