                   According to my source of information, from Edward on down there is proof of descent.  Prior to Edward, there is some question as to ancestry.  Apparently this Edward Hutton was a slave owner, as in his will he bequeathed to his two sons, Arthur and Francis, his four slaves. He also mentions his daughter Jane Hubble, and his grand-daughter Fanny Hutton, as well as his daughter Polly Buchanan.  He also mentions his sons John and Edward and his daughter Susannah Bishop.
